HVAC Sales Engineer
Job Description:
Drive the sales of the company's HVAC products, including but not limited to air conditioning, heating systems, and ventilation equipment.
Establish and maintain close business relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions.
Develop sales plans and strategies to ensure the achievement of sales goals and an increase in market share.
Coordinate with other departments (such as engineering and after-sales service) to meet customer requirements.
Responsible for generating sales reports, analyzing market trends, and providing market feedback.
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of HVAC products, with a solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Fluency in Chinese or English is preferred.
Experience with water dispensers or Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) products is a plus.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Over 3 years of relevant sales experience in the HVAC industry.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC products and systems.
Ability to develop the market and expand the customer base.
Strong sense of responsibility and execution skills toward sales goals.
Fluency in Chinese or English is preferred.
Experience with water dispensers or VRF products is advantageous.
