Job description


1. Spare part
Record the disbursement of Chiller and VRF spare parts.
Check the number of spare parts used for Chiller and VRF products to be prepared in case of problems.
Analyzes the parts that fail frequently and need to be prepared for Chiller and VRF productsshould a problem arise.

2.After sales service
Create a team to support after-sales service for Chiller and VRF products.
Set a median price for the service. and review the quote for approval from the manager.
Assign tasks to contractor teams for corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance.Check the quality of after-sales service.

3.Corrective Maintenance and Maintenance
Prepare a Preventive Maintenance plan (in case of a sale man selling products withPreventive Maintenance)
Analysis of Corrective Maintenance work caused by what cause (installation, product, etc.)
Check the quality of after-sales service Corrective Maintenance
Check the quality of after-sales service Preventive Maintenance
