The consultant is responsible for implementing our Smart O&M solutions (CMMS/EAM system) in customers’ projects, as well as for presales consulting. In the startup phase of the Thailand business, the consultant supports the Business Development team for presales consulting and provide support for existing clients. In the longer term, consultants often follow the entire project, from presales to delivery and Go Live, to ensure continuity in our service to customers. Occasionally the consultant may involve in projects in other Southeast Asian countries.

• The consultant will perform presales activities including demonstration, proposals, client visits and discussions, etc.
• Localization of our solution, including translation and adaptation of the system (partially in Thai) and its documentation for the local market.
• Involves and learns from existing projects with local clients.
• Strong coordination with our teams in China for training, technical exchanges, cooperative work on presales and projects.

Requirements:
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years of working experience with solution providers (e.g. CMMS, EAM, ERP, SCADA, GIS) in the target segment
• Ability to take responsibility and solve problems
• Willingness and ability to learn fast, without excessive support (on-the-job coaching is our preferred training approach)
• Industrial background in one of our target markets, preferably in information system and/or maintenance/engineering, ideally both
• Has basic database knowledge, familiar with SQL script is a plus
• Good communication skills, interacting with customers' management team in English.
