Role Description: As a Business Development Executive at our company., you will play a key role in supporting our international OEM business. This position involves brand development, client management, and new product coordination, working closely with both our internal marketing/engineering/production teams and global customers. You will: 1. Explore and engage new potential clients, while managing customer communications including product inquiries, quotations, and project updates. 2. Support the planning and execution of new product development, from concept to mass production. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, including sourcing, purchasing, and product development teams. 4. Coordinate with mold, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery. 5. Represent the company during client meetings, trade shows, and overseas business trips when required. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who want to develop a career in international business, product development, and sales within the plastic injection parts, outdoor, luggage, and OEM industries. Basic Requirements: 1. Experience in the plastic injection or mold design industry. 2. Age 25 or above, willing to live and grow professionally in Thailand. Minimum 3 years of working experience, with proven ability to handle projects independently. 3. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken); able to lead international client video meetings. 4. Open-minded, willing to learn, eager to grow, adaptable to new challenges and cross-cultural environments, with a proactive and must-do attitude. 5. Willing to travel for customer visits, business meetings, and overseas trips (China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia). 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications (a plus, not mandatory): 1. Experience in outdoor products, luggage components, and telescopic trolley system design and concept development. 2. Established connections with brands and sourcing teams, with the potential to bring in new business opportunities. 3. Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings (STP files). 4. Knowledge of Thai language or familiarity with Thai culture. 5. Valid driving license and ability to drive in Thailand.
