Salary: 60,000 THB ++ Our company is a leading OEM manufacturer based in Chachoengsao, Thailand, specializing in plastic injection parts, luggage components, and telescopic trolley handle systems. We provide end-to-end development solutions, including mold design, tooling, injection molding, assembly, and mass production. Our products are widely applied across multiple industries, including luggage, automotive, consumer electronics, outdoor equipment, and household appliances. Role Description: As a Business Development Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and expanding our international OEM business. This position involves brand development, client relationship management, and new product coordination, working closely with internal engineering and production teams as well as global customers. You will act as a bridge between technical development and commercial execution, ensuring smooth communication, project progress, and long-term customer success. You will: - Explore and engage new potential clients, while managing customer communications including product inquiries, quotations, and project updates and tracking. - Support the planning and execution of new product development, from concept to mass production. - Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, including sourcing, purchasing, and product development teams. - Coordinate with mold, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery. - Represent the company during client meetings, trade shows, and overseas business trips when required. - Work closely with each department, sharing responsibilities and collaborating to achieve business development goals. Basic Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection or related manufacturing fields, with the ability to manage projects independently. - Hands-on experience in plastic injection processes, tooling coordination, and project follow-up. - Strong English communication skills (written and spoken); comfortable leading international client meetings and video calls. - Willing to live and develop a long-term career in Thailand. Candidates from overseas are welcome (China, Taiwan, Malaysia). - Open-minded and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a cross-cultural working environment. - Willing to explore local and overseas business opportunities, and travel for customer visits, business meetings, or overseas trips (e.g., China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia). - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Willing to work six days per week. Preferred Qualifications (a plus, not mandatory): - Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus. - Experience in outdoor products, luggage components, including design or concept development. - Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings (e.g. STP,CAD files). - Knowledge of the Thai language or familiarity with Thai culture is a plus. - Valid driving license and ability to drive in Thailand.
