1. 负责答复、跟进及反馈网络客户咨询、并能解决一般投诉；
2. 负责客户在泰国的用车安排，餐馆预订，接送诊所到酒店或推荐民宿等；
3. 负责沟通协调客户与诊所之间事务，普通话、泰语、英语流利，反应快速，及时解决问题；
4. 开发新客户、维护好老客户。懂得客户关系的维护与管理，拥有较强客户意识
5. 负责客户就医期间医疗翻译
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上，临床医学，护理专业专业优先，有旅游，医疗相关领域工作经验，生殖中心相关工作经验优先；
2. 泰国人，会中文，英文优先考虑，对客户服务有一定意识；
3. 敬业,守时,上进心强,敢于挑战自我,能够承受一定的工作压力；
4. 有良好的服务意识、沟通技巧和销售意识，对工作耐心细致；
5. 执行力强，有团队意识，听从上级安排；
6. 有驾驶证，熟练开车；

Customer service specialist (Thailand)

1. Be responsible for answering, following up and feedback online customer inquiries, and be able to solve general complaints;
2. Be responsible for the customer's car arrangement in Thailand, restaurant reservation, transportation from the clinic to the hotel or recommendation of homestay, etc;
3. Be responsible for communication and coordination between the clients and the clinic, fluent in Mandarin, Thai and English, quick response, and timely problem solving;
4. Develop new customers and maintain old customers. Know how to maintain and manage customer relationship and have strong customer awareness;
5. Be responsible for medical translation during client's medical treatment.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in clinical medicine and nursing is preferred, have working experience in tourism and medical related fields, and working experience in reproductive center is preferred;
2. Thailand people, who can speak Chinese and English are preferred, and have a certain awareness of customer service;
3. Be professional, punctual, self-motivated, self-challenge spirit, and can withstand certain work pressure;
4. Have good service awareness, communication skills and sales awareness, and be patient and cautious in work;
5. Strong execution ability, team awareness, and obedience to superior arrangements;
6.Have a driver's license and drive skillfully.
