岗位职责
1.根据公司运营发展需要，建立完善泰国抖音直播团队的主播资源体系，包括招聘和简历人才库。
2. 关注人力资源信息，对泰国流媒体团队进行团队调整;
3.负责主持人和现场主持人的邀请、面试和签约。确保团队的组建符合运营部的要求。
4.分析岗位需求，完善脚轮和现场MC的岗位职责，指导运营部门针对泰国建立明确的职责。
任职要求：
1、母语级泰语，能用中文做简单日常的沟通工作，如中文不能作为工作语言，则需要英语达到工作语言的程度
2、有Tiktok主播及主持的招聘1-3年经验；
3、有Tiktok公会人力资源招聘招聘与主播主持绩效管理1年及以上经验；


Overseas Tiktok Thailand Recruiter （HR Thailand ）
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (Thailand Time)
Working Location: Bangkok City
Salary: Base Salary 35,000B + Bonus 5,000B/team (currency unit: Thai Baht)
Job Responsibilities:
1.According to the company’s operation development needs, establish and perfect TikTok live streaming team in Thailand. Including the casters and MCs’ talent pool.
2.Attention to the TikTok Association of Thailand ‘s human resources information, to adjust the way to recruitment of the Thailand’s streaming team;
3.Responsible invite, interview and sigh a contract for the caster and live MC. Ensure that the team is formed to meet the requirements of the operations department.
4.The analysis of the job requirement, improve the caster and live MC’s job responsibilities, guide the operation department to establish clear responsibility aim at Thailand.
Staff morale, and guide the work to face high pressure, guidance staff.
Job Requirements:
1. Thai nationality， native level Thai, able to communicate in Chinese needs to be at the level of working language, or English needs to be at the level of working language.
2. 1-3 years of experience in Tiktok Caster and live MC recruitment;
3.1 year or more of experience in human resources recruitment and performance assessment of caster and live MC management for Tiktok Association.
