     3、诚信正直、团结协作、恪尽职守、不断创新、务实高效；
     4、身体健康，认同公司企业文化，能接受集团范围内异地派遣。

二、竞聘岗位职责说明
    1、负责4S店全面运营管理，领导团队完成公司经营目标；
    2、为公司业绩目标、经营质量目标、可持续发展目标负责；
    3、建立和维护4S店经营所需的外部关系，包括客户、厂家、当地政府以及同品竞争者；
    4、负责4S店内部团队建设，人才培养。

① Competition conditions
1. College degree or above;
2. Operation and management experience in mass production of luxury brand cars, with excellent work performance in recent two years.
Good team management, self-learning and development ability, keen market awareness, good judgment and decision-making ability;
Strong ability to withstand pressure, dare to break the routine and reform and innovation;
3. Integrity, unity and cooperation, dedication to duty, continuous innovation, pragmatic and efficient;
4. Healthy, agree with the company's corporate culture, and can accept dispatch within the group.

1. Responsible for the overall operation and management of 4S stores, leading the team to complete the company's business objectives;
2. Responsible for the company's performance goals, business quality goals and sustainable development goals;
3. Establish and maintain external relations required for the operation of 4S stores, including customers, manufacturers, local governments and competitors of the same products;
4. Responsible for internal team building and talent training of 4S stores.
