职位描述
Primary Purpose and Function
1. Develop and continuously update HR policies and ensure compliance
2. Onboarding and offboarding for employees
3. Advise and work with department heads on disciplinary actions
4. Ensure proper filing of employee’s personal data in line with the PDPA Law
5. Develop and implement career roadmap for all functions
6. Identify learning need and develop annual training calendar
7. Deliver learning solutions through various learning channels and working with internal SMEs and external partners
8. Conduct training evaluation and maintain training records
9. Manage end to end recruitment process
10. Build local employer branding
11. Develop and continuously assess various recruitment channels
12. Work with SMEs and external vendors for assessment and selection tools
13. Build and maintain a talent pool
14. Headcount budget planning
15. Prepare and advice line manager to ensure JDs and organization structure are up-to-date
16. Attendance report and analysis
17. Prepare and Coordinate payroll, SSO, IIT related to employee compensation and benefits according to schedule
18. Manage end-to-end performance management process with department heads and employees
19. Develop and manage the annual performance review
20. Facilitate the performance feedback process
21. Ensure HR and Admin provides satisfactory employment services with all level
22. Plan and organize employee engagement activities
23. Define and drive organization values and culture
24. Grievance handling and employee counseling
25. Coaching department heads and employees
26. Conduct employee engagement survey and drive improvement actions
27. Generate weekly, monthly and annual as well as ad hoc HR reports
28. Develop and report on HR KPIs through HR dashboard
29. Manage day-to-day office administration including but not limited to arrangement of expatriate visa application, travelling and accommodation, meeting room management, stationeries, security and cleaning
30. Provide safety training and drills to enforce best SHE practices in the workplace
31. Document, investigate and report on all SHE accidents and drive corrective actions
32. Promote safety programs and policies to reduce the number of accidents and injuries
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, management or related disciplines.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources preferably within the jewelry manufacturing industry
3. Experience in recruiting in the manufacturing sector
4. Knowledge and experience in finance is an advantage
5. Good command in both written and spoken English and Thai, proficiency in Chinese a definite advantage
6. Working knowledge of Thai labor law and experience in handling labor disputes
7. Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
8. Experience in handling work permit and visa application for foreign staff.
9. Mature, confident and has good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
10. Attention to detail, strong in execution, and able to work independently
