We are recruiting a Data Analysis Expert for our client. The specific requirements are as follows:
Responsibilities
1. According to business objectives and business models, build a comprehensive,
accurate and objective indicator system and monitoring and analysis framework.
At the same time, based on the business monitoring and analysis framework, it
has a clear insight into the overall situation of the business and locates business
problems.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of business issues through special analysis, and provide
data support and decision-making basis for the company's business decisions,
marketing strategies and product directions.
3. Precipitate analysis methods and monitoring frameworks, refine data product
requirements, and cooperate with relevant teams (development teams, product
teams, etc.) to promote the implementation of data products.
4. Cooperate with relevant teams to organize training and sharing of concepts,
skills, methods and tools related to data technology.

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in statistics, mathematics, information technology,
economics, 3-5 years of relevant work experience, experience in blockchain,
NFT/GameFi is preferred.
2. Solid logical analysis ability and data sensitivity, able to extract core results from
massive data, timely discover and analyze deep changes and root causes behind
business appearances. Master SQL and other data extraction tools, proficient in
Excel, PPT, Tableau, and other tools.
3. Strong logical thinking ability, outstanding language expression ability, and can
independently write business data analysis reports. Possess good business
knowledge and understanding of business mechanism and business model, and
gain insight into business opportunities from the perspective of business
development.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, have certain cross-department and
cross-team project experience, and be able to independently promote project
implementation.
