职位描述
Position Summary & Principal Responsibilities
Sell products to the customers in the region. Work requires substantial knowledge of our products. Follow the company’s business strategy. Maintain/develop the customers relationship, new business development and reach the assigned sales target.
Achieve the quarterly / annual new business development target.
Achieve the monthly sales revenue target.
Get to know the customers well in the region. Have good understanding of the competition in the market and report to the company regularly.
Basic Requirement:
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, applications, and payment terms.
Contact potential customers regularly to demonstrate product features.
Monitor market demands and competitors' products, prices, and sales performance.
Work as a team member to achieve the customer satisfaction to give all kind of supports for the existing customer including regular visit, quality issue, payment issue, technical Q&A etc.
Track the customer payment regularly.
Other tasks assigned by direct superior and/or management team.
Requirements & Qualification
Education and Major
At least college degree, major in mechanics is preferred.
Relevant working experience
At least 7 years working experience as a sales or marketing role.
Being familiar with construction machinery, automotive industry or utilities are preferred
Skills, Knowledge & Language
Be capable of working in English (Speaking and Writing)
Be good at Word, PPT and Excel.
Speaking in Chinese is preferred
Personal attributes
Strong analytical, logical thinkingand problem solving skill
Strong responsibiity, honest and open minded.
Respect and good communication
Proactive and willing to learn
