职位描述
Job Description:
1. Sea & Air cargo, Responsible for the operation of import and export.
2. Responsible for system input and contacting the shipper for shipment.
3. Monitor all process to ensure cargo on board without fault.
4. Coordinate with customers actively and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in USA LANE or Shipping is preferred.
2. With 3-5 years of sea, air operation or customer service experience is preferred.
3. Basic fluency in English or Chinese is preferred.
4. Experience with CARGOWISE system is preferred.
