Job brief
We are looking for a passionate Costumer Service Intern. Your main goal for this role
will be to monitor each employee's work and provide excellent customer satisfaction to
the customers. As a Customer service intern, you will be responsible for contacting
customers and responding to their complaints in a professional manner.
Core Competencies
Fresh graduate/ students are welcome
Fluency in English (Additional languages are recommended)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
Ability to retain and recall important information Capacity to work independently and
proactively
High aptitude for following communication guidelines, procedures and policies
Duties and Responsibilities
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Keeping a proper record of the customers.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Managing large amounts of incoming calls and email
