Job Description:
 Conduct IPC standards trainings, certification and submit training report on a timely manner
 Member support - work closely with BDA team for providing professional consultation.
 Participate in and support IPC events- Hand soldering competition, conference, seminar etc.
 Work with IPC Training team on course development and translation.
 In charge of purchasing training material locally. maintain good shape of the training equipment.
 Based in Vietnam or Thailand.

Qualification & Requirements:
1. 35 years old or above, preferred with 5 years of related experience in the electronics manufacturing industry; be proficient at process of PCB, PCBA, SMT, at least 3 years working experience in PCB process related field is preferred.
2. Familiar with IPC standards IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-6012, IPC-7711/7721, certified as IPC CIT with related training experience is preferred.
3. Bachelor degree or above in electronic and related discipline.
4. Enthusiasm for quality teaching.
5. Team player.
6. Good communication, interpersonal skills.
7. Earnest, diligent and strong responsible attitude.
8. Excellent English read, listen and written skill required, good oral English skill is preferred.
9. Can accept 1~ 2 times travel per month.
