Job Description: HRBP-Thailand
Purpose of role:
To help the UR fashion group to set up the Thailand company and stores; act as the primary point of contact for assigned internal clients and deliver a first class HR service, implementing commercial solutions and proactively bringing the people strategy to life.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Forecast and recruit the staff accordantly to the manpower plan, HC budget and company’s workload.
2. Provide guidance, coaching and training to managers and supervisors on recruitment, performance, development and employee related issues.
3. In accordance with company’s rules, local regulations and practices, define, monitor and review the HR policies related to compensation and benefits programs (Job Analysis, Individual Compensation packages generation, Employee benefits definition, Market Survey, Salary and Performance review)
4. Analyze, define, promote and implement training and development needs for the organization through implementation and review of competency framework, development plans and learning needs.
5. In close cooperation with line managers, support the implementation of Penspen performance and competencies framework, in order to motivate employees by defining their development and career path within the company. Promote the internal regional mobility by developing local talents.
6. With a support of HR Admin Officer, you ensure Administrative tasks related to International moves, employment, training and payroll.
7. Support the development and implementation of HR programs.
8. Ensure the data accuracy record and reporting in HR related System.
Qualification:
1. 5 years HR experiences in HR Generalist, recruitment or ER field
2. Experienced in fast fashion industry is a plus
3. Solid Knowledge of local Labor Contract Law
4. Bachelor's degree or above
5. Fluent in both verbal and written English, Chinese speaking is a plus.
