职位描述
【Job Responsibilities】
1.Responsible for formulating the business developing plans and strategy in Thailand market in accordance with LOCALS international tactics, and complete the project development at a reasonable time.
2.Responsible for finding the corresponding customers like Real estate company or property owners to establish
cooperation in accordance with the hosting, leasing or franchising development plan of LOCALS.
3. Responsible for coordinating and solving various issues between LOCALS and cooperate customers in the process of signing the contract.
4. Responsible for the feasibility analysis and risk estimation of new projects, and assist the company to complete the contract, financial payment, project handover;
【Qualifications】
1.Thai nationality, can speak both Chinese and English fluently.
2. Experienced in real estate company BD or hotel development for 5 years and above.
3.Experienced in business negotiation and have local real estate company resources in Bangkok,ChiangMai,Phuket and other tourist concentration cities.
4.Not afraid of challenges and looking for better platform and opportunities.
