主要负责公司核心客户的开发、维护及深度合作,通过战略性营销和服务提升客户价值,推动业务增长。
1.识别、拓展并管理行业内有潜力的**大客户**,建立长期合作关系。
- 定期拜访客户,了解需求及业务痛点,制定个性化解决方案。
2. 跟进合同谈判、报价、订单交付全流程,确保回款率及客户满意度。
3.联动内部团队(产品、技术、售后等)快速响应客户需求。
- 协调资源解决客户投诉或交付问题,维护公司品牌形象。
4.抗压性**:适应高强度沟通与复杂项目推进。
5.会开车,能熟练使用办公软件。
6.熟练使用中文,泰文或者英语交流。
Mainly responsible for the development, maintenance and deep cooperation with the company's core customers, enhancing customer value through strategic marketing and services to drive business growth.
1. Identify, expand and manage potential key customers in the industry, and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
- Regularly visit customers, understand their needs and business pain points, and formulate personalized solutions.
2. Follow up on the entire process of contract negotiation, quotation, order delivery, etc., to ensure the collection rate and customer satisfaction.
3. Coordinate with internal teams (product, technology, after-sales, etc.) to respond quickly to customer needs.
- Coordinate resources to solve customer complaints or delivery problems and maintain the company's brand image.
4. Stress resistance: Adapt to high-intensity communication and complex project promotion.
5. Be able to drive, and proficient in using office software.
6. Proficient in communicating in Chinese, Thai or English.
