岗位职责：
1、负责统筹游戏产品在泰国的运营工作，完成KPI指标；
2、 维护产品活动设计和上线执行、跟进版本更新迭代；
3、 统筹用户运营方向、判断产品生命及用户状态、提高各项转化指标；
4、 为产品收入指标负责，定期分析数据从中挖掘营收点。

任职要求：
1、 本科或以上学历，泰语流利，有泰国留学经验者优先，优先考虑泰国人, 男士优先；
2、 有完整的泰国手游运营经验，1年及以上游戏产品运营经验优先；
3、 对活动和运营干预十分感兴趣，有良好的沟通协调能力；
4、 具有活跃的逻辑思维能力，善于进行营销活动策划，把握游戏用户消费心理；
5、 理解当地玩家心态和运营环境，以不同层级玩家的角度去判断游戏内容；
6、 熟练使用Office，能使用Excel做运营分析和报告，工作主动负责。
Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the operation of mobile game in Thailand, and complete the KPI;
2. Design and implement the campaign in the mobile game, and follow up version update;
3. Estimate the product life cycle and gamer status, and improve relevant game indexes;
4. Be responsible for the income of mobile game, and analyze the operation date to find more revenue point
Requirement:
1. over or bachelor degree, fluent in Thai, and prefer Thai people or overseas study in Thailand, male is preferred;
2. Senior game player, and want to devote yourself to gaming industry;
3. Be familiar with the Consumer psychology of gamer, and comprehend the customs in Thailand
4. Good communication skills, Capability of thinking-logical, and be sensitive of game
5. Good at office Microsoft, e.g. Word, excel, PPT etc.
