职位描述
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the formulation and optimization of the overall operation plan of the overseas encrypted instant messaging + digital asset wallet project APP, improve user retention, activity and conversion rate, and be responsible for the results;
2. Improve user portrait, optimize user stratification model, formulate and implement daily operation strategies, and improve retention rate through innovative and effective retention strategies;
3. Study user behavior, gain insight into user needs, make effective use of different operational tools to conduct rapid experimental verification based on data mining growth points, and achieve business objectives at different stages;
4. Establish a growth-oriented core indicator system, analyze the business dimension and user dimension, find growth opportunities and make corresponding plans;
5. Construction and operation of user growth system, including user growth guidance, honor, incentive, etc., to enhance user growth ability.
