职位描述
岗位职责
1. 拓展全球地区潜在客户,包含但不限于供应商及采购商,介绍公司产品和商业模式,达成合作协议签署,负责商务业绩目标的达成;
2. 根据商务业绩目标,制订商务拓展工作计划、展会计划、拜访方案等,促成部门业绩总目标的达成;
3. 定期维护现有供应商/采购商,收集客户意见并及时与上级或协作团队沟通,提升客户满意度,达成业绩目标;
4. 建立与优化商务和跨团队工作流程,推进自动化,提升工作效率,协助建立并完善酒店事业部的标准商务流程。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,酒店管理/旅游管理/管理学等相关专业优先。
2. 2 年以上酒店行业商务拓展经验,尤其在全球酒店供应商及采购方面有相关经验;
3. 熟悉酒店供应商管理和全球分销业务逻辑,了解酒店业供采商务及销售流程;
4. 具备较好的沟通协调能力与问题解决能力,快速学习能力和思考能力,跨文化工作环境的融合能力;
5. 具备一定的抗压能力,能胜任海外商务的工作;
6. 英语作为工作语言,掌握二外者优先。
OVERSEAS HOTEL BUSINESS MANAGER/ SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ldentify and engage potential partners-including but not limited to suppliersand buyers-in worldwide. lntroduce our products and business model, reachcooperation agreement and achieve BD performance targets.
2. On the basis of BD KPI targets, develop business development plan, marketevent plan and client/partner visit plan, and work with team to achieve thedepartment's performance goals.
3. Maintain the relationship with suppliers & buyers, and collect customer feedback and communicate with line manager and team to optimize customerexperience.
4. Develop/optimize cross-team working SOP for hotel business unite, andimprove its automation and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree or above in hotel management, tourism management, orbusiness management are preferred.
2. Know well about hotel supplier management and the business logic of hotedistribution, and familiar with the BD/sales process of supplier/buyer in hoteindustry.
3. Good at communication and negotiation, fast learner with critical thinking, andcapable to co-work in cross-culture environment.
4. Able to work under pressure for such overseas business development positions.
5. Working proficiency in English, mastering more foreign languages is preferred.
