职位描述
工作职责:
排障,诊断及解决公司产品有关的技术问题,
能发现并解决隐藏的问题和网络性能瓶颈,并参与架构优化和性能优化,
与其他技术支持人员和产品开发人员进行交流并解决问题,
编写报告有关产品的问题和故障分析报告,整理技术文档,
为代理商及客户提供培训,并交流解决方案,
向产品管理团队提供客户的反馈意见,
参加客户的非工作时间通话,
保持客户关系并提高客户满意度。
任职要求:
计算机科学/网络安全学士学位或同等学历
超过2年的现场网络排障经验,精通网络技术和硬件集成相关的技术技能
熟悉Linux和维护,具有CCNA或CCNP认证更好
出色的客户服务以及先进的书面和口头沟通技巧
良好的人际关系和团队合作能力
学士(或同等工作经验)

Essential Responsibilities
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues associated with Colasoft products,
Discover and solve hidden troubles and network performance bottlenecks, and participate in architecture optimization and performance optimization,
Interfacing with other technical support personnel and product developer to resolve issues,
Compiling reports on product problems and failure analysis, and organize technical documents,
Providing training for resellers and customers, and discussing solutions,
Providing feedback from customers to product management teams,
Participating in the normal off-hours on-call for customer,
Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/Network Security or equivalent discipline
More than 2 years on-site network troubleshooting experience, proficient in network technology and hardware integration related technical skills
Familiar with Linux and maintenance, CCNA or CCNP certification is better
Outstanding customer service and advanced written and verbal communications skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Education Bachelors (or equivalent work experience)
