JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Undertake the customer's customs clearance, warehousing, delivery and other service needs in Thailand and Southeast Asia;
2. Coordinate and handle the cooperation relationship between external and internal operation links, and solve problems or risks in business links in a timely manner.
3. Sort out the company's business processes and service standards
4. Based on the company's process specification, implement process monitoring, emergency problem handling and risk prevention;
5. Maintain, manage and evaluate the company's existing suppliers, and develop supplier resources according to the customer's business development strategy to improve the company's service capabilities and quality; คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Education requirements: University graduate or above
25 - 30 Year
Work experience: more than one year working experience in shipping companies, freight forwarders, or local customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing services. Team management experience is a plus
Language ability: English + Thai, Chinese is a plus (If any)
Comprehensive ability: strong awareness of service and risk management, attention to details, good at designing service plans based on service requirements
