Job Description
Ø Preparation of journals and month end submissions to corporate as per the close calendar, and prepare timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for responsible legal entities in accordance with local FIR
Ø Review of Financials data - variance analysis with detailed explanation and providing resolution path for aged open items

Ø Mitigate the risk of errors to ensure the integrity and timeliness of Financial Accounting information
Ø Ensure that all supported legal entities comply with all external and internal requirements
Ø Maintaining trail of all STAT adjustments and proper documentation for the adjustments
Ø Preparation account reconciliation between US GAAP and PRC GAAP, and assist in the annual audit process to ensure efficient and timely filing of all statutory reporting obligations
Ø Assist manager in doing assigned projects and to continue to ensure statutory book accuracy are recorded meet China government requirement as well as achieve team goals.
Ø Assist in developing accounting processes, initiating and reviewing existing systems, tools to ensure internal controls are effective
Ø Should be up to date with new PRC regulation or changes
Ø Keep regular and clear archiving of accounting record
Ø Bachelor degree or Master degree in Accounting and Finan
Ø Minimum 5-6 working years relevant experience in General Ledger in multinational company
Ø Excellent communication skill with different people in different culture
Ø Strong in accounting fundamentals and have data analytical skills;
Ø Good command over English, both oral and written
